 We Makarov Yulia And Gushkan Olesya are the owners of the cattery Leonycat. We wish you a good time visiting our web site. Our site dedicates to the Scottish Fold and Scottish Straight breeds, and also longhair Highland-fold.

The history of our Cattery started from small Scottish Fold baby girl, kitten Leony, which we bought for our children. We spent a lot of hours looking on this amazing creature and understand that from this moment our hearts belong to this beautiful and gentle cats. Later we decided to purchase few other cats. We made a careful study of the
catteries, and chose to cooperate with Russian leading Rumfold cattery. Most of our cats coming from that cattery.
In 2007 we registered our cattery and got license from European Organization- WCF (World Cat Federation) and in 2008 "Leonycat" Cattery was registered in American Association -TICA (The International Cat Association), and in CFA (Cat Fanciers Association) as "Leonycatfold".

 Our goal is to breed beautiful and elegant, but most importantly, healthy Scottish Fold Cats, which fit to the standard.

To reach this goal we use an American and European bloodlines from  "Rumfold", "Jollycat" ,"  Mormot" , "Coupari" , " Amber Snow ","Kinross", "Macgilli" , "Rum Gully", " Gilly" , "Kerrilee" , " Lochlee", "Crosshil" , "Urquhart" , "Stedam" , "Snugums" , "Solid Fold" , "Capriz" , "Deekay" , "Marxalot" , "Lege Artis ,"Sandybear ", "High Hesket" , "Luana".
 

All our cats tested for every possible disease before breeding them. When selecting suitable studs for breeding our cats, we only look for healthy, tested cats and try to outcross as much as possible. 

Our cattery is specialized on Colors with white - Bicolor, Van and Harlequin. We also can offer Solid color, Smoke cats and different Tabby patterns -Classik, Spoted, Mackerel and Tortie.

On our website you can find a lot of helpful information about the breed, grooming and tips about cat health. If you will visit "Kittens" page you can find a lot of pictures of our lovely babies, and probably you will meet your future friend.

You can have a kitten as a pet or show class kitten for breeding.
